Jasper and Horace are the secondary antagonists of the 101 Dalmation's animated duology appearing as such in both the original 1961 film of the same name and its 2003 direct to video sequel 101 Dalmatians II: Patch's London Adventure. They are Cruella De Vil's henchmen who she hires to steal Pongo and Perdita's children so she can use them to make a fur coat.
